Whether you are partying all night or hitting the sack early, Tiki Oasis has a room for you!

• Phone Reservation
Call Passkey, the Crowne Plaza booking company, at 888-233-9527 between 6 am to 5 pm West Coast time. If you have already booked a room and have questions about the hotel, not the event, call the local Crowne Plaza number (619) 297-1101. Always ask if you are talking to the hotel or their national hotline. If you reach the national number just hang up immediately, the national hotline does not know anything about this event or group. DO NOT CALL the number on the hotel website (800) 972-2802.

Please note: Tiki Oasis has blocked the entire hotel for Friday and Saturday. If you do not mention that you are booking into the Tiki Oasis Group the hotel cannot reserve you a room for those days.• Top of page

• Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation after August 1st will be charged for two night's room rate plus taxes. Any guest not notifying the hotel 24 hours prior to early departure will be charged $35.00.• Top of page

• Crowne Plaza Room Types
Set amidst tropical palms, lush, inviting gardens, and waterfalls that plunge into Koi ponds the Crowne Plaza Hotel (formerly the Hanalei Hotel) has rooms to fit all your Tiki Oasis vacation needs. Choices include: Deluxe King, Double Queen, and Standard King (aka Poolside Rooms). Tower Suites are also available with one-room or two-room options.• Top of page

Check in time is 4 pm, check out time is 12 noon, luggage storage is provided for guests arriving prior or staying after those times.

In order to tailor your Tiki Oasis experience to your needs we have defined different areas of the hotel. The Room Area map will assist you in deciding where you would like your room to be located in order to meet your needs. To request one of the five room areas below you will need to type the name into the special request comment box when booking your room online. Although there is absolutely no guarantee that requesting any one specific room or room area will result in that room being available for you at time of check in, we will make every effort to accommodate all requests.

Golf Course View - These rooms are on the north side of the Tiki atrium closest to the back parking lot. The balconies of these rooms look out onto a scenic golf course and river walk.

Pool View & Stage View - These rooms are on the south side of the Tiki Atrium and have balconies that overlook the pool and lawn area. These rooms will also have a view of the stage so they are ideal for room parties. Rooms on the second floor may have obstructed views due to trees.

Poolside Rooms - These rooms are part of the original hotel and are slightly smaller than the tower rooms. These lanai-style rooms are also great for room parties as they are located just up from the ground level on the south side of the pool and adjacent to the Jacuzzi.

Pool View & back of stage view - These rooms are located in the east tower and have balconies facing onto the pool and lawn. These rooms will be behind the stage area so the balconies will not have a good view of entertainment. These rooms are recommended for performers who want easy access to backstage and for others who want easy access to the parking lot.• Top of page
